Sachet Manufacture

BJP Laboratories is one of the few contract packaging companies in Queensland has a fully humidity controlled production facility with TGA accreditation ensuring product safety, quality and integrity.

Powder filling is our speciality and we can accommodate a wide range of materials.

Using horizontal filling machines we produce flat pillow shaped sachets of a high quality with three or four sided seals and triangular tear notch as standard.

We can provide a suitable laminate material such as paper faced or polyester with foil barrier or clear polyester and print several lines of text with description, batch/bbe information using black ink.

If you require pre-printed sachets we can work with your designers and arrange for printing using a high quality print company.

We also are happy to work with your free issue packaging components where you provide all the materials and we simply provide the filling service.

• Minimum: 32mm x 60mm - (W x H)
• Maximum: 50mm x 1500mm - (W x H)

And anything between -  (i.e. 32mm x 120 or 50mm x 60mm)
